Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, cumin, cilantro, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the edges are set.
  4. Carefully flip the omelette and cook until the other side is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with bread or as desired.
