- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
