Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples.
  7. Divide the batter into the lined cups.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, and melted butter to create the crumble, and sprinkle on top of each cupcake.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
