  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  6. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle the crumb topping on each.
