Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon to make the crumb topping.
  7. Fill muffin cups with batter and sprinkle topping over each.
