- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for topping
