Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and spread evenly.
