  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Incorporate sour cream and flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
