- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, spinach, cumin, chili powder, and cheese.
