  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and toss in the diced potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add green beans to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  7. Once done, add the chopped turkey bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
