- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 12 lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove bacon and set aside. In the same pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
- Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
- Stir in chicken ham, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Add spinach and cooked turkey bacon back into the pot.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
