- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, add sour cream and flour, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
