  • 4 fresh eggs

Instructions

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add polenta gradually, stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes until creamy.
  4. Stir in butter and cheese until melted and combined.
  5. In another pot, poach eggs in simmering water for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve creamy polenta topped with poached eggs.
