  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the bacon drippings, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the potatoes, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
