  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the mixture, allowing them to soak for a few seconds on each side.
  3. Place the soaked bread slices onto a greased baking dish.
