1 whole chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 lemon, halved
1 bunch of fresh herbs (such as rosemary or parsley)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub olive oil all over the chicken, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
Stuff the cavity with lemon halves and fresh herbs.
