Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie

Delicious and easy Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In the crock pot, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  2. Stir until well combined and cover with the lid.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. 30 minutes before serving, place the pie crust over the top of the mixture and bake according to package instructions.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a creamier filling, add a splash of milk.
  • Fresh vegetables can be used instead of frozen for added flavor.
