  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large Crock Pot, combine potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, garlic, and chicken broth.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper, and let cook for another 30 minutes.
  4. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese.

Notes
