  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, onions, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. Mix well and layer tortillas on top.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
