Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie Casserole Recipe

Delicious and simple chicken pot pie casserole made with turkey bacon for a healthier twist.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the crust and cover with the second pie crust.
  5. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu or chickpeas.
