Easy Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups with Creamy Gravy

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey with the stuffing mix and chicken broth.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture onto a large baking sheet.
  5. Roll the stuffing into log shapes and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. In a saucepan, mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.
  7. Pour the gravy over the roll ups and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
