Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
  4. Add spices and mix well.
  5. Carefully add the boiled eggs cut in half and coat them with the masala.
  6. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh coriander.
