Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a saucepan, melt cream cheese and butter over low heat, then stir in milk.
  3. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale, then add the melted mix.
  4. Sift in flour and corn starch, mixing until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
