Fresh Cucumber Caprese Salad

A refreshing take on the classic Caprese salad featuring crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and arrange them on a serving platter.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the platter.
  3. Add the mozzarella balls, scattering them evenly over the cucumbers and tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the top.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
