- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and cooled coffee, followed by the chocolate chips.

- For the frosting, whisk together the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and instant coffee until smooth.
