  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 gnome decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with sour cream and powdered sugar mixture if desired.
  9. Add gnome decoration before serving.
