Gordon Ramsay Macaroni Salad

A delicious and unique macaroni salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, inspired by Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni, chicken ham, turkey bacon, red onion, celery, and pickles to the bowl.
  5. Mix everything until well combined and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day ahead of time for better flavor.
  • Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra crunch.
