Grilled Nectarine Burrata Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe nectarines
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Grill the nectarines for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, grilled nectarines, and prosciutto.
