Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  3. Add the flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
  4. Stir in the melted butter, chicken ham, turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cast-iron skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  7. Serve immediately.
