  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the sheet pan and season with garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Top the chicken with turkey bacon slices.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and pineapple chunks around the chicken.
