- 4 medium potatoes
- 200 grams feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and poke holes in the potatoes using a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, crumble feta cheese on top of each potato.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
