1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to form the cookie base.
Press the mixture into a muffin tin to create cups.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm. Let cool.
In a small bowl, combine pitted dates and almond butter until smooth.
