Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 chicken ham, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same pot, add the instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, boil water and gently add eggs. Cook for 7 minutes for soft-boiled.
  6. Peel the eggs and cut in half.
  7. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil to the ramen mixture.
  8. Serve the ramen in bowls topped with crispy bacon, green onions, and half an egg.
