  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Mix in the cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Add the cooked turkey bacon and cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat, fill low-carb wraps with the mixture, and roll them up.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
