- 2 cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
