  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, garlic, and ginger. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli until tender.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over rice and top with broccoli, green onions, and sesame seeds.
