Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a sheet pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
