A delicious twist on the classic carbonara, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan.
  5. Combine warm pasta with the egg mixture and quickly stir to coat.
  6. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham; stir everything together.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
