  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in a muffin tin and pour batter evenly into each cup.
  4. Crisp turkey bacon in a pan and cut into pieces.
  5. Place bacon pieces on top of the batter in the muffin tin.
