- 1 tablespoon shawarma spice mix
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
