Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna Recipe

A delicious twist on traditional lasagna, combining turkey, bacon, and parmesan for a rich flavor experience.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Add bacon, marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the turkey.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta cheese, turkey mixture, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers to the turkey mixture.
  • This lasagna can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
