2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
