  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
