Potsticker Soup

A delightful and comforting potsticker soup that warms the soul.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound potstickers (frozen or homemade)
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add potstickers and bok choy, cook until potstickers are heated through.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, then serve hot.

Notes
