  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the almond extract.
  4. Gradually blend in the flour, chopped almonds, and salt.
  5. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before rolling in powdered sugar.

Notes
