Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

  • 10 ounces frozen hash browns
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add hash browns, sausage, and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
