  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Herby Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a sheet pan and bake for about 15 minutes, or until heated through.
