Starbucks Copycat Cranberry Bliss Bars

A delicious homemade version of Starbucks’ famous cranberry bliss bars, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked base.
  6. Sprinkle cranberries and white chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a more indulgent flavor, add zest from one lemon to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Store bars in the fridge to keep them fresh longer.
