8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 pound sirloin steak
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook until desired doneness, then remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
Serve the pasta topped with sliced steak and garnish with parsley.
