  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup queso blanco
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add cooked rice and queso blanco, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Slice the steak and serve it on top of the queso rice, garnished with chopped cilantro.
